DRV8323: DRV8323 current detection problem

Hi Team,

When the customer uses drv8323 to detect the AB two-phase current of PMSM, the SOB output is normally 1.5v, but the SOA output is 3.3v, which are directly connected to the adc of stm32. Customer would like to know what is the reason?

Does the customer see this on more than one device?

Have they checked using a scope if the ADC pin is disconnected?

Customer provided the feedback just now.

A few chips have this problem.

He has checked with an oscilloscope, the hardware circuit is normal.
