Could I use the DRV8301 driving 400V 15 Amp MOSFET/IGMT? I want to use the inspaSpin to drive bigger motor.

Michael,

Unfortunately I would not recommend this, the ABS max input voltage for the DRV8301 is 65V.

I will notify the high voltage products engineers to see if they have a recommendation for you.
