DRV8301: Is buck converter in DRV8301 is non-synchronous or synchronous???

Hi, first of all, I thank all who have given ideas and suggested solutions!!!!!

now my basic doubt is, whether the inbuilt buck converter in drv8301 is synchronous or non-synchronous type ?? 

if it is so, can anyone help me with the part number of MOSFETs??

so that I could do various calculations... including efficiency.
