in my case, i'll use our own mcu to control the drv8301, then use the drv8301 to control the mosfet.

I’ll use the drv8301’s pin50(PH) get the 5.0v

But I cannot now how to set the bulk’s output voltage (why the output is the 5.0v ?)

 

And I’ll use the 5.0v to generate the mcu_3.3v

As you know, the mcu_3.3v will use for drv8301’s config pin (such as pwrgd , noctw , nfault , en_gate, and vdd_spi),

And the en_bulk is always pull up by PVDD1.

is it ok ( not self-lock ) ?

 

at the same time, I’ll use the sigma-delta module chip (ti’s amc1304) to sample the mosfet’s current(the net is sh_a).

i connect the amc1304’s ldoin  to the drv8301’s bst_a( gate floating voltage ), is it ok ?
