Hi, Poki,
We don't have a specific power on sequence, but we have some recommendations for VDD.
We suggest to have VDD completely stable before performing any action on the device. In addition, we recommend to use a VDD ramp-up rate faster than 3.6 kV/s in order to avoid conflicts with the brownout protection.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

Hi Luis:
So NRST and TRIG/INTZ can be any level before VDD rise up?
Or we should keep NRST and TRIG/INTZ low until VDD rise up?
Thank you~~
Poki
Hi, Poki,
I understand your point now. Even if the datasheet states that these pins (NRST and TRIG/INTZ) supports a maximum level of 6V, I would suggest to keep them low until VDD rises up and it is stable. This will allow a correct device behavior during the power on sequence.
Best regards,
