DRV8302: DRV8302 Fault goes low because of gate to source resistor of low side Mosfet

Part Number: DRV8302

I am trying to build a board to drive a BLDC motor but i got issues when i connect resistor from gate to source of the low side mosfet ( for protection), the Fault pin goes low (without toggling) also the GVDD, AVDD and DVDD has the right voltage when i enable the DRV but the fault pin stays low.

when i remove those resistor the board works fine .

note: i got this issue only when i connect the motor

this is the schematic of the Half bridge

What's the problem? do i need to change the Values of those resistors, because i want to protect my mosfets so the gate find a way to discharge when the DRV is off
