Dear Sir,

We are looking for rugged/ strong driver IC for our BLDC motor

Motor Specifications
Nominal Voltage: 12 V
Nominal Current: 0.66 A
Stall Current: 1 A


Application: Gimbal ( we want to control the position of our system).

Can you please suggest suitable Integrated Mosfet and Mosfet driver IC to drive this motor.

    Hello Murthy,

    The DRV8313 is currently the best-suited Integrated FET part in our portfolio for gimbals. It will drive up to 2.5A peak and is rated for up to 60V, which should be more than enough headroom for any stall currents or transients in the system.
