DRV8353: DRV8353H trouble shooting

Thank you for your help

Our customer met some problems when use the DRV8353.

3XPWM mode , without load , GHx have the normal PWM ,but the GLx have unusual signal , nfault also have the alert wave , the nfault signal convert between H and L level . 

Here is the schematic Could you provide any suggestions?

    Thank you for posting to the MD forum!

    One issue I noticed is that the MODE pin is tied to DVDD, so you're operating in Independent Mode, not 3x PWM mode. So if you're setting INHx to a 1 while INLx is a 1, you'll hit a VDS overcurrent fault from shoot-through on the half bridge. R8 needs a 47k resistor to AGND to operate in 3x PWM mode. 

    Can you provide a scope shot of GHx, GLx, and nFAULT if possible? If you can only get two probes, can you get a scope shot of GHx and nFAULT and GLx and nFAULT? If GHx and GLx are both high when nFAULT occurs then its because of Independent FET mode.
