Hi Team,

The customer is experiencing below issues and needs your help.

1. E/A IN(+), E/A IN(–): In external voltage control mode, how to adjust the minimum turn-on voltage so that the motor starts to work normally when the motor control voltage is 0.5V? (Problem for customer: The motor only starts to work when the control voltage is 1.2V)

2. E/A IN(+), E/A IN(–) ，E/A OUT, PWM IN: In the external voltage control mode, how to adjust the PWM IN to make the motor work under the control voltage of 0.5V to 10V to achieve the minimum start to full power operation? (Problem for customer: The motor achieves starting to full power between 1.2V-2.15V control voltage, the control voltage range is very narrow)
