DRV8350: Power glitch occurs when using DRV8350 to drive the motor

Hi Team,

The customer observes the MCU3.3V waveform when using the DRV8350 to drive the motor, the ripple is normal, but there are glitches and the frequency is not fixed. Customer would like to know regardless of the PCB layout, how can this burr be reduced? Attached Circuit diagram
