DRV2700: How can the maximum output voltage reach 1kV

Part Number: DRV2700

Hi team,

Customer uses TI's DRV2700 to drive piezoelectric actuators. He used the flyback mode for circuit design referring to the SLOU407A document. Output reaches 500V. But customer needs to reach 1000V. He adjusted the resistance and capacitance according to the calculation formula to reach 1000v, but it still only 500v. Transformer uses 1:10. Where he measured the SW pin of the primary side of the transformer, the maximum was only 50V. But according to the document, the primary side of the transformer connected to the SW pin can reach 100v. He changed the resistance and couldn’t reach.

lower capacitance is 4.1nF
lower resistance is 5.502k
upper capacitor is 0.022nF
upper resistance is 4.1k

Customer wants to know how to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Annie
