Hi,
We are checking the Short circuit to Supply error in the DRV8873S IC Low Side FET.
By considering the following diagram as a reference, we tested for SCG (Short to GND) & SCP (Short to Supply), but SCP Fault is not detected.
Other Pin status –
- Sleep Pin = 1 Wake up from sleep mode
- Disable Pin = 0 No output Disabled
- IN1 = IN2 = 1 OUT1 =H & OUT2= L

The following tests are done in VM=+12V. The direction is clockwise.
We are getting error in SCG (Short to GND) means when SH1 (High Side FET) is connected to GND.
SCP (Short to Supply) error is not generating when SH2 (Low side FET) is connected to VCC=+12V.
Please consider the highlighted red in priority.
