Your IDRIVE is way too high for those tiny FETs. The Qgd of those FETs is only 4nC which is even too small for our lowest IDRIVE of 50mA. At 50mA with no gate resistor, the VDS would need to switch in 80ns. Most of our customers consider 200ns a very fast switching time. This is likely the reason why the damage occurred.
I would recommend adding ~10-20 ohms in series with each gate and using the lowest IDRIVE setting if you wish to continue using the same small FETs.
