Dears

We have run the device with 120kHz PWM, with a Qg = 55nc MOSFET, and FOC BDLC control. and find that the VGLS have square wave with period of 400us and duty of 100us low. it is likely a protection of over load happened. so is there some suggestion? if we have a 22ohm in serial with the device and the gate, the VGLS square will happened less, sometimes n Fault will also active. so want to know if we have see this before. the supply is around 28V, and output power around 80W.

thanks

This is the same case we are discussing on call and over email. I will post the resolution here once we fond the root cause but for now we need the plots mentioned in the call and to review the layout.
