DRV8300: Can it drive 3 pcs of infineon mosfet IPT015N10N5 in parallel ?

The limiting factor here is going to be rise/fall time, this part is capable of sourcing 750mA (Typical) and sinking 1500mA (Typical) for both high and low side drivers. According to the IPT015N10N5 datasheet Qgd is typically 34nC, driving 3 of these in parallel we can calculate rise time as follows:

Trise = Qgd/IDRIVE = 102nC/750mA = 136ns

With that said, the default deadtime for this part is typically 215ns, so without inserting any additional deadtime the part should be capable of driving this load. Hope that helps!
