I have designed my board based on the EVM for a specific voltage 250Vpp. however, after assembly, the output of the board was lower than the supply voltage. I would like to add my schematic 2671.Schematics.pdf

Hi, Amir,
Welcome to E2E and thank you for your interest in our products!
Could you try using the same values used in our EVM? I noticed that R6 is 20k while in the EVM it is 0ohms (R20).
Let me know if you have additional observations.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
Dear Luiz
Yes, I did the same but I didn't know that I didn't change it and with a 20k resistor, I did the assembly. also, I believe I have more problems. I mean in my design I believe C9 and C10 should be parallel.Problem in board.pdf with R7 and R8.
Hi, Amir,
Thank you for your response. Excuse me, why do you think they should be in parallel? I think they only share the HV rail.
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
Hi, Luis
Please accept my apology for the late reply
Thanks for your reply so you mean those red HV Balloon it is the point that we can measure HV. Please could you please tell me other than that resistor do we have any problem? I believe with my design we can reach 247 Vpp. I appreciate for your help
Thanks and regards
Hi, Amir,
This is correct, the red HV balloons are shown in order to make attention to the high voltage nets, but they are not part of the same net.
Could you verify if the components on your board have not been damaged due to the high voltage rate? This is just to verify that all of them are capable to handle the voltage on their net.
Best regards,
Luis Fernando Rodríguez S.
Hi Luis
There was a problem with my board while manufacturing therefore the factory needs to redo it and disassemble and assemble again. maybe it caused some damage to the transformer. I bought the components and I want to do it again. other than that I was thinking I have a basic problem or missing in my design. if there isn't I need to check the components and change them as you mentioned.
Thanks again
Hi, Amir,
I couldn't find anything else to modify in your circuit. Please let me know when you have the board reworked. I will close this e2e thread for now. But I will be glad to provide additional support if required.
Thank you.
Best regards,
