I need a PWM Motor Gate Driver which can support DC-75V . The PWM frequency is 200KHz-500KHz.

    Hello Feng,

    DRV8350 is a gate driver (external MOSFETs) which supports motor voltage up to 102V abs max and PWM frequencies up to 200kHz, however we do not have options supporting higher PWM frequency at this voltage & power level.
