page 14 introduces how to create the wave and then you can export it as a bin file.
i generate an wav with the below settings:
( it seems I can't upload the bin file here. but I think you can generate it yourself. if you still have issue to go this, please let me know.

Hi Allen,
the frequency can not be the exact 50Hz, you can select a value near it( the frequency is usually 100Hz~200Hz).
regarding the voltage level, it is related to the gain setting.
28.8 dB, 50 Vpp •
34.8 dB, 100 Vpp •
38.4 dB, 150 Vpp •
40.7 dB, 200 Vpp
then set the percentage to get 36V
