Function Generator IC

I am looking for a Wave form generator chip that makes at least a sine and square wave output good for at least 10Hz to 1MHz. Does TI currently make any that could fit the specifications?

Unfortunately TI does not offer a device that will meet your requirements at this time.

Does TI have a sine wave generator IC for at least part of the frequency range, because I could use a sine wave IC along with a comparator with appropriate hysteresis to make the square wave?
