Our latest controller UCC28056 (DCM) and UCC28180 (CCM) will meet these requirements. While you have a DC rather than an AC input, this device will still work well.

Does TI have a reference design using UCC28056 & UCC28180 for BOOST?

References for both designs are on the "Tools & software" tab. Note that these references have an AC input, but it can work with a DC input as well.
