my customer also design the TSC2007 device on their system and after checked the reference firmware, they feedback that the reference code has defined the RESET pin as below code, however, the TSC2007 device don't have the RESET pin, so customer want to ask product team what is this define purpose? and how to handle this RESET pin? Or can they just remove the RESET pin define?

Any suggestion from BU is very appreciated.

I think that if you remove the Reset pin It shouldn't generate any problem.

This device has two drivers for Windows Embedded Compact (WinCE6 and WinCE5).

Today, we have tried to install the TSC2007 EVM software, but it seems the procedure missed the driver install, so we failed to launch the EVM GUI. Attached is the error messages pop up on the screen. Please help to advise how to solve this problem. Thanks.

I downloaded it from the link and installed it. But the same problem happen as attached messages. Please help.

On the other hand, even if we solve this GUI problem, but what customer need is the Windows 7 driver for implementing the TSC2007 touch function on their system. So, they still need the windows7 software driver to activate the TSC2007 touch function. Please advise if we have any other solutions. Thanks.

That's odd, no customer had reported that this file doesn't work on Windows 7.
Unfortunately, we don't have the source code of the driver for Windows 7, but you could use the source code of the Linux driver in order to build another source code for Windows 7.

we tried to install the EVM SW installer on several PC system but the problem are the same as attached message below. So, can you please verify it on your PC system to see if you have the same problem? We also checked the device manager for the TSC EVM driver status, it shown the software driver are not install. Please check your system to see if you see this issue or not?

On the other side, have you tried to attach any touch screen panel on the EVM board? are there any function response to the GUI when you touching the touch screen panel? Please advise. Thanks.

I have verified it on my PC with a touch screen attached to the EVM, and I didn't have any problem. Below you can see the driver status and GUI that they are working properly. 

Have you tried to use another EVM in order to discard a possible issue with that?

please advise what is your OS version? And what is the NI-VISA USB device driver? can you please take picture to show how do you attach your touch screen panel on your EVM board? Also, since we don't have any touch screen panel here, can you please ship one touch screen panel to me for verify here?

My OS version is Windows 7 64 bits, and NI-VISA USB is the driver that should be installed when you run the GUI installer.
The GUI and EVM should work properly without/with touch screen panel and just have one touch screen panel for that reason I can't send it to you. As I mentioned you, Have you tried to use another EVM in order to discard a possible issue?
