TSC2013-Q1: About power on reset information.

Part Number: TSC2013-Q1

Hi all.

I would like to know the POR information other than datasheet (8.2.2.1.1 Power-On Reset).
Do you have more detailed material about POR?
If you have it, I would like to get your information as soon as possible.

Best Regards,
Sho

  • Sho,
I will check about this and come back to you.
    Thanks,
    Vishy

Please note POR information is not just 8.2.2.1.1. The entire sections 8.2.2.1 and 8.2.2.2 (DS pages 53 to 56) are relevant. They discuss POR requirements and important considerations to assure a safe POR. These requirements prevent the TSC2013-Q1 from entering lockup state.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Vishy san

    Thank you for your reply.
OK! I will read the sections you told.

Sorry I have one more question about Table 16. Requested POR Timings.
    MINIMAL t(SNSVDD_ON_ramp) is 12kV/s @–40°C to –21°C and MINIMAL t(SNSVDD_ON_ramp) is 12kV/s@–20°C to 85°C.
I think in order to perform POR, a faster rise time than predetermined rise time is necessary.
For example, the device needs more than 12kV rise time, so we can use 13kV/s rise time power device.

    Is my understanding correct?
