Please I need to know the replacement Texas to UM805RE Union (SOT143). Could you help me?

    Hi Marcos,

    We do not offer voltage supervisors in the SOT143-4 package. We do have several options to offer for what you are needing.  The TLV809E and the TPS3831 are options and functionally equivalent.  Also, both of these options have lower quiescent current and yields better performance than the UM805RE.
