Hi TI expert

I use the bq27z561evm-011, in the bqstudio, a lock appears in dq27z561 and the value in data memory is sealed, how to unlock it?

I've tried several solutions. Write 0414 in 0x00 and 3672 in 0x3e. The chip is still locked

Please refer as below screenshot and help to check.

    Thomas,

    There is an "Unseal" button on the right side of the screen you can use. 

    You should be writing 0414 3672 both to 0x3E. they need to be two separate writes within 4 seconds of each other. in addition Please disable the green bar in the top left of the dashboard. The green bar communicates in the background and if you dont time it right it could send comm's between your unseal commands and invalidate the unseal attempt.
