Hello,

I'm Anesh working from Robert Bosch India. My contact number is +919003779933.

For one of our development project to drive 3 phase PMSM machine we need Automotive graded Half Bridge Gate driver with Single PWM input (Input H and L with inverted logic), Enable/Shutdown input. 

For example device like TPS28225 to drive Half bridge MOSFET with large input capacitance power MOSFETs. Operating voltage must start from 6V.

Or a B6 Bridge driver without SPI interface. We will not have microcontroller on board. We will receive just 3 PWM inputs from another unit.

Please suggest me some devices.

    Hello Anesh,

    The TPS28225-Q1 is automotive grade and has the single input PWM signal as you require and enable. If the VDD range and Phase voltage range works for your application this could be a candidate. Can you confirm if the device voltage ratings are adequate, or if not provide the required VDD and power train high voltage input range and I can help find a device that will work in your application.
