For replacing Diodes AS431, and the EAU about 600k/Y, in my customer application is curved A for reference voltage,
and the R=10k, CL=0.1uF, Vbatt about 13~20V, but the 0.1uF is in the unable area for TI ATL431LI, my customer needs to know there has any risk for this conduction. thanks.

What is the resistor value that sets the cathode current and what is the VKA voltage? See below:
If the cathode current is more than 2mA and the voltage VKA is more than 10V, setup should be stable.

Given that the customer has 0.1uF on the output, the current is around 1mA, and VKA= Vref, the application is operating under the black curve seen below. Anything under this curve is considered "unstable". The solution is to not be under the curve so there are several options where the application can either increase its operating current or increasing its load capacitance.
Again, let's look at the graph below, I have pointed out that if the output load capacitance increases to 2.2uF, the point of operation is no longer under the curve and the application is in the "stable region". I hope this makes sense to you.
