TPS62110-HT: Thermal shutdown of the TPS62110-HT

Hi TI expert

We are using the TPS62110-HT in a lot of 175C applications. We may push beyond 175C and would like to know the thermal shutdown of this device.

The data sheet mentions thermal shutdown but the value of the shutdown is not noted.

Please help! Thanks!

Hi Thomas,

Let me find out more about thermal shutdown from the team and get back to you. It is quite possible there is no threshold for thermal shutdown and the limits are based on package limitations.

In any case, it is recommended to follow datasheet for the maximum temperature limits.

Thank you for your patience. I confirmed thermal shutdown is disabled in the TPS62110-HT. Please follow the datasheet limits for max junction temperature.
