Is it possible to get the pin FMA document for TPS274160?
We have received a request from our customers to understand the failure mode (behavior when each pin is short-circuited or when it is opened) for safety certification.

If possible, I would appreciate it if you could provide the following documents.
(The following documents are for other high side switch products.)

We don't have FMA for TPS274160 currently, but we do have FMA for TPS4H160 here https://www.ti.com/lit/fs/slvaek4a/slvaek4a.pdf?ts=1620918469005&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.ti.com%252Fproduct%252FTPS4H160-Q1.

TPS4H160 is essentially the same device as TPS274160 in different package. Please refer to this document now, and our team will do FMA for TPS274160. We will update you once we have FMA document ready for TPS274160.

There are some things to check when referring to the materials of TPS4H160.
1. Is it okay to recognize that EN1 to EN4pin of TPS274160 and IN1 to IN4pin of TPS4H160 are terminals with the same function?

2. Is it correct to recognize that the contents of Table 4-1, Table 4-2, Table 4-3, and Table 4-5 of TPS4H160 described in the following materials are the same for TPS274160?
(Table 4-4 has different packages, so I think the contents will change.)

1. Yes your understanding is correct.

2. I would say they should be the same. We will have dedicated document for TPS274160 coming by the end of the month.
