    Hello Ruqi,

    Thank you for your interest in the UCC3818 PFC controller.

    Unfortunately, TI has no model of any kind for this device, which was designed over twenty years ago.   
    If I had to guess, a PSpice model would be developed (if there is any intention to model at all) but I have no idea when that might be.
