Hi Team,

customer Installed this software over and over again,

customer also installed the EV2300 driver, he still can not complete this software.

the password in user guide is also incorrect.

Do you know the reason?

OS: win XP

Hello Frank, The default password is provided in the user guide. You will need to complete station setup first in order to use bqMTester. Please refer to the instructions in the user guide that is provided on the product page https://www.ti.com/tool/ADVANCED-BQMTESTER
