Hello.
LM5143-Q1 allow to set the output voltage by using a voltage divider from the phisical output to the Voutx pin (x=1 or 2 according to the output channel)
But also the current sense amplifier uses the Vout x pin to measure the current. The signals are brought to Voutx and CSx pins (x=1 or 2 according to the output channel)
By introducing a voltage divider on the Voutx pin the current sense amplifier does can't work properly because it does not see the right current signal
The problem in my opinion could be solved by placing an identica voltage divider in order to scale the signal to CSx pin
