Hi

I am considering TMS320F28379D's ADC ref voltage.

According to the Technical reference manual of TMS320F28379D, there is following diagram.

It is mentioned that it need Op-Amp .

Does REF6233 include this op amp?

    Hi Naoki,

    REF6233 does include that "op amp" portion, but keep in mind that you may run into problems if you have a single REF6233 providing a voltage reference for multiple inputs. This is why you see one op amp per input in the diagram that you provided.

    In other words, if you use the REF6233 on a single voltage reference input on the TMS320F28379D, then you should be fine. If you use a single REF6233 on 4 voltage reference inputs on the TMS320F28379D (without an op amp buffer for each input), then you may run into issues.
