    Hi Dan,

    The junction temperature is internally limited and thus we do not spec it. Instead we prefer to use the ambient temperature max of 125C.

    Any recommended use case should be within this max ambient temperature.

    For design reference only, it is possible to calculated the DC junction temperature assuming a max 130mA flowing through the device using the thermal formula Tj-Ta/R_t,j,a = P_diss where P_diss is I^2 * R_on.
