Hello,
We have an application that has minimum storage temperature of -65C and degraded operating temperature of -55C.
We are considering using TI P/N LMG3411R150 for this application.
However, TI P/N LMG3411R150 datasheet indicates -40C minimum operating and -55C minimum storage temperatures.
Is there a real reason for the -40C minimum operating and -55C minimum storage temperatures or LMG3411R150 can operate and be stored at lower temperature with derating?
If not, Is there a different part with similar functionality as LMG3411R150, which has minimum storage temperature of -65C and degraded operating temperature of -55C?
