Hello,
I'm using this part for a board.
My question is related to the exposed thermal pad: I'm providing thermal dissipation through vias but do I have to connect it to GND or do I have to leave it floating?
In the schematic of the eval board for this P.N. I see the thermal pad connected to ground but I wnat to be sure for this connection.
