UCD3138PFCEVM-026 is rated at 360w. How to calculate/change the values of the components (RLC) and firmware of this design so that it can work for 2/2.5kw?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
2.5KW is much higher than 360W, it is not possible to modify UCD3138PFCEVM-026 to be 2.5KW, not only the power stage needs to be changed, it also needs a new PCB layout. So if you want a 2.5kW PFC, you will need a new design. The firmware needs to be adjusted based on your new hardware.

Thankyou for the reply Mr. Sun. But for 2KW output rating using UCD, how do I change the ratings/values of the corresponding components in the design in Fusion Digital Power Studio in UCD Interleaved PFC schematic view?
Hello,
The Fusion Digital Power Studio is used for loop tuning, monitoring, itself cannot be used for schematic design or firmware design. For 2KW, you will need redesign the whole power stage, including EMI filter, inductor, choose new MOSFET, boost diode, output capacitor, etc. You will also write your won firmware based on your hardware. In one word, you need a new design, the UCD EVM cannot be modified for 2KW.

Thankyou for the reply Mr. Sun. Could you please provide me the XLS tool for PFC using UCD31xx like you have for UCC based PFC? And also could you please provide me the corresponding steps to design 2KW PFC using UCD31xx?
Hello,
We do not have XLS design tool for PFC power stage using UCD31xx, we assume people who choose UCD31xx is an expert of power stage design, but just not familiar with digital control, we help them to implement with digital controller UCD31xx. Since the power stage is the same for both analog and digital controller, you can use the XLS tools for UCC28180 or UCC28070, or any tool from 3rd party. Please start a new E2E question if you have question of these tools.
We do have application note talks about step by step guidance of the firmware design for UCD3138 controlled interleaved PFC:
