Difference between UCC284DP-12 and UCC384DP-12

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC384, UCC284

Hello,

Due to part availability and lead times, I am considering using UCC384DP-12 instead of UCC284DP-12. From what I found on the spec sheet, the only difference between the two I can see is the operational temperature range. Are there any other differences?

Thanks,

Nick

  • Nick,

Yes, you are right about the operating temperature being the only difference.
