He said he took X-Ray photo. Which assembly  (Metal mask, DIE) looks different than current parts.

He purchase from TI as well. (I think factory is different)

And sorry customer didn't put his "current parts" marking.

Can you let us know what's goin on?

It is better to have the "current parts" top mark. If it is okay, please also provide the X-RAY photo of the difference. With these information, I can check with our internal team.
