TLV741P: Output overshoot for 2.5mS

Hi team，

 

  1. When LDO is used to supply power to LPDDR4, there is a large start-up overshoot in Vout at the moment when Vin is powered on. The waveform is shown in the figure below, and the amplitude is about 1.9V.
  2. After replacing several TLV74118 chips, the same problem still exists. The circuit diagram is as follows. The waveform of Vin is clean and normal at 3.3V which is not shown here.
  3. Could you please help me analysis the reason and provide the solution?

    Hi Wesley, 

    To give an appropriate response, I will need to see a scope shot with:

    -Vin

    -Vout

    -Enable

    -Iload

    The part may be going into drop out recovery, but I would need to see more information to be certain.
