UCC27531: Where does negative IN+/IN— voltage come from?

Part Number: UCC27531

Hi TI expert,

Would like to learn why such part has a spec about PWM input negative voltage capability?

As you know people won't deliberately give a negative input to driver IC.

If it is caused by crosstalk, would you please kindly show me the noise coupling path from high power main circuit?
