Hi,
Can you please provide the following details of TPS2061DBV?
- Maximum allowed Case Temperature
- RThetaJA
- RThetaJB
- RThetaJC
- Power Dissipation

Hi,
Can you please provide the following details of TPS2061DBV?
Hi,
There is only RθJA not B RθJB and RθJC. The thermal resistance, RθJA = 1 / (DERATING FACTOR), where DERATING FACTOR is obtained from the Dissipation Ratings Table. And PD you can calculate by using Rdson.

Hi Ansel Song
Thanks for clarifying on Thermal resistance Values
Which is the correct method to calculate Maximum total power dissipation within TPS2061DBV.
Method 1-Using Description given in Page 17 of TPS2061 Rev I Datasheet
Method 2-Using Dissipation Ratings Table given in Datasheet
Both methods seems to mention Power dissipation. What does these two methods implies?
Hi Rama,
Both are ok to get power dissipation, method 1 is to calculate much temperature point and method 2 is only under specific temperature.

Ansel
