Do you have any theoretical material for Loop Compensation (but section 8.2.2.4 of the datasheet )?
Is it necessary for output voltages? If not, what should be dome with those 3 pins?

Yes, it is important to make the output stable. When choosing the values, you can refer to the user guide of this part, or you can calculate the value accoring to the datasheet and then check the values using pspice model. Regarding to the compensation type, you can refer to the application note below: compensators for type 2 and type 3.pdf
