The customer exported the .DAT file from the mass-produced battery and import it to a new battery pack. They used the sample cell. But the FCC and Remaining Capacity parameters are incorrect.
They charged and discharged 2 cycles. These two parameters are not updated to the actual capacity of the battery. The FCC is actually 5800mAH, but the software shows only 2400MAH.
Attached a picture of the discharge. They used constant resistance discharge.
