TLV752: Functional Block Diagram/Independence of the outputs

Part Number: TLV752

I have a question regarding the TLV752 which is a dual output device:

Are the two outputs fully independent regarding the 'Functional Block Diagram' or do they share some circuit elements? I want to use one output for powering a microcontroller and the other output for a noise sensitive RF application, so I would prefer if the circuits of the two outputs are fully seperated.

In the datasheet there is a 'Functional Block Diagram' but only for a single output.

Thanks in advance.

  • Hi Christian,

The two LDO's share the same die but are completely independent from each other.

You would then care about the cross talk between the LDO's in this application.  You can take an EVM, apply your specific load capacitance (or filtering) to each LDO, then measure the cross talk to see that it meets your needs.  Based on measurements we have done with other dual LDO packages, the cross talk attenuation is usually very high and can even be challenging to measure, so I don't think you will have an issue here.

    Thanks,
