Can you please confirm input terminal capacitance @ IN pin? The PWM on the IN pin shows more delay compared to used RC(1k/47pF) filter @ 500 kHz application. is there any delay/Hold operation between IN pin and actual Turn On instant? I also tried 47R/47pF (near to what suggested in application, however it may not be more immune to noise. Please suggest.

    Hello, thank you for your question. The propagation delay is 20 ns, as noted in page 7 of the data sheet. 
    In regards to the noise concern, could you please provide additional information such as waveforms? These noise concerns could be potentially be attributed to the layout; to address the noise problem, a revision of the RC filter may be needed.
