UCD7138: How to use UCD7138 in high voltage？

I want to use UCD7138 in 400V Mos drive，I use a 650V low current MOS to block VD，but this MOS‘s turn off time longer than main MOS turn on time，whether this will destroy UCD7138？If yes，How can I use ucd7138 in this condition？

I want to know MOS ‘s third quadrant time，If UCD7138 can not be used，Is there another way？

Hi, Jichao,

650V is too high, and we haven't seen any application like this. If output voltage is too high, you need high voltage rating MOSFET, which has large RDSON, maybe you can use fast recovery diode for rectification.
