Is it safe to expose these devices to X-rays?

    Hi Yoshihiko,

    Are you referring to the common step after PCB fabrication and assembly of X-raying the assembled board to view any defects in the PCB?

    If so, my understanding is that this is a common manufacturing step and I'm not aware of any issues performing this step with our LDO's.
