LMQ61460-Q1: LMQ61460-Q1

Our schematics is nearly the same as the LMQ61460-Q1 EVM-Modul (with LMQ61460AFSQRJRRQ1). Without load output-voltage is 5.1 Volt. When we increase the load output-voltage dorps. What could be the problem?

    1. What is your test condition (VIN,VOUT,IOUT, Tamb)? 
    2. What load current causes output voltage to drop?
    3. What does the voltage drop to (lower voltage or 0V)?
    4. Can you provide waveform of VIN,VOUT,IOUT, and SW? Probe though zoomed out timescale (full system picture) and zoomed in timescale (couple SW cycles).
    5. Is this a single case failure observation or is this on multiple boards?
    6. Have you tried testing this on the actual EVM modified to your application requirements to confirm it is not a PCB layout/ solder issue?
