UCC2897A: We are looking to design the isolated dc to dc conveter based on UCC2897A , input vdc is 16vdc and output is 5vdc @20A , kindly suggest which part shall be sutable for us

UCC2897A requires at least 13.2 V for start-up so please be sure your minimum input voltage is always >13.2 V to guarantee proper startup. You can search the TI reference design library but PMP5117 and PMP8366 are two examples of UCC2897A that are close to your design requirements. There are also plenty of application notes, simulation tools, EVMs and ref designs  available in the UCC2897A product folder. Good luck with your design and thanks for connecting through E2E.
