Dear:

please help me check the schematic is ok ? however , in the end customer,  found the chip burned and the output cap.C738 short as attached，the customer changed the new chip , it is ok;

Could you help me analysis the reason ,from the picture，the inner mos of chip tps7B8250QDGNRQ1 is broken，and the ldo is located in the backend， so the input voltage should be stable.

    Based on the failures, it seems to me that there could be a high voltage applied to the output of the LDO. The output of the LDO has an absolute max voltage of 7V, and a high voltage on the pin could damage the output and burn the output capacitor. Does your customer have any clue about what happened? Are they able to replicate the failures?
